Yesterday was Josh & Claire's 4th anniversary of getting together...it is also the date they chose to elope! Looking out at the setting sun, over
the Brooklet valley, they said their I dos, watched on by Scrunchy their fur baby and a few special family members.

When Claire was born, this lace handkerchief was given by her grandparents, to her mum, for safekeeping. It was to be given to Claire on her wedding day. Claire's grandparents are no longer with us, but the hanky was a beautiful reminder of their love for their granddaughter.
Made my heart all gooey at their foresight and love.

Faye, Colin, Denise and Katie sit with Scrunchy as celebrant Belinda leads them through their ceremony.

Two mamas Faye and Denise were the witnesses.

What would we do without our sisters to wipe away the tears?!
north coast wedding photographer 035
Scrunchy seems happy to no longer be a bastard!

These two are definitely in love and capable of intimacy and sweet nothings...
north coast wedding photographer 045
...but just as important, make each other laugh and not take things too seriously! Jellyfish!

Sisters!

Claire made the scrumptious cake...I know it was cos I had some!
north coast wedding photographer 053
With formalities over, it was time to relax, change into PJs and get dinner sorted!
north coast wedding photographer 054
Meanwhile, Faye sent photos to family scattered elsewhere.

Colin made me a cup of tea and told us about vintage cars.

Katie and Denise dream of faraway places...where it's not so cold...or was that me?!
north coast wedding photographer 058
An unusually chilled Scrunchy...maybe just happy and content for his parents.
north coast wedding photographer 059
The first time the bridal couple have been in PJs to cut the cake but I love your style!

Long may the love and chilling out continue! Hope the passports get used well and soon.
Thanks for letting me share your day and your family.
Big love and hugs from Natsky.
