Country weddings are the best and I've had two massive ones, two weekends in a row!
Last Saturday had me returning to the Numinbah Valley, the place I got hitched almost 15 years ago now, to photograph the wedding of Nirvana and Carlie...and it was wonderful, like some glorious Aussie love bush ballad come to life! Carlie and her girls arrived at the beautiful wooded setting on the back of a bullock train, ably steered by her papa Phil! Almost 200 family and friends were gathered in the dappled light, ready to hear "I do" and celebrate. As the river rippled in the background, the lovebirds exchanged rings, and under the treetops had their first kiss as husband and wife. Celebrations then continued in the heritage listed hall that is the Numinbah Valley School of the Arts, complete with live music, stunning flowers and scrumptious food. There were lots of hugs, tears and smiles but most of all there was love!
Great wedding date!

George was always going to steal the show with his cuteness...I warn you now Carlie...there are a lot of George photos!
