Last night was the fabulous launch for the now annual Sample Food Festival at Bangalow. Two Northern River's personalities got together to create a conversation around art and food...artist Digby Moran and his nephew, chef Clayton Donovan. Set in Lismore's Back Alley Gallery, the conversation and characters matched the colourful backdrop...it was awesome!
The calm before the crowds arrived. Was great to see the alley filled.

The ever present, always supportive, best mayor in the universe, Jenny Dowell, opened proceedings, paying respect to the Bunjalung nation and its people. Next to Jenny is Pam Brook of Brookfarm who acted as emcee for the evening.

Let the fun begin...

Love the twinkle in Digby's eyes!
It was a fabulous evening held by Lismore's Come to the Heart and hopefully the beginning of many great events to be held in the Back Alley Gallery over the coming months. It is such a fantastic space, with a great vibe and last night's fun is more proof of just how amazing Lismore can be!
