It was hot last Saturday on the far North Coast. While most people melted in the heat, my heart was melting in the hills!
I was in macadamia country to photograph the wedding of Holly and Darren, a couple who believe in love at first sight. They made the trip up from Sydney, to the macca farm Holly's parents call home. They were joined by friends and family scattered from Australia wide and a few from NZ and the UK to keep it interesting!
My heart melted at the cute bridal party made entirely of 5 nieces and a nephew, all under the age of 10. It melted at the tears, the laughter and the commitment so obvious between Holly and Darren. It melted at the love that surrounds them from those that were watching on. It melted at the beautiful setting for their day and the magic that had been created by all involved. It was just beautiful!
The adorable Rosie started proceedings as the youngest flower girl.
Proud papa Andy walked Holly through the trees...
...under the gorgeous arbour amongst the macadamia trees...
...and all sealed with a kiss!
Holly's parents, Andy and Juliet, did an amazing job getting the farm ready...it was picture perfect!
The lilies were out on the lake and the water hens did a fly over to celebrate.
Lunch was under the trees...such a fabulous setting.
Wishing you both endless happiness and may the laughter and happy tears continue!
Love and hugs...Natsky.
